What people are saying about Tracy’s retreats:
Combining yoga with physical activity in the lovely settings provided by the Trustees of the Reservation is my idea of heaven. Tracy puts the whole package together and plans a day to help us celebrate the natural world and ourselves. Yoga enhances our ability to use our bodies actively and awakens us to the beauty around us. I definitely felt refreshed and replenished!
I liked that there was plenty of time for interaction with others attending outside of the structured times of the retreat. It’s so good to get to know others with similar interests and intention. I feel the group had a distinct connection and could easily have spent a week together.
This program is presented in partnership with The Trustees of Reservations.
